Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant and events operations, ensuring high-quality service across dinner, conferences, weddings and special events. You will manage a high-performing team, mentor staff, oversee rostering and stock, and uphold RSA and food safety standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

This full time role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with opportunities for career
