Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant (Part time) 20-25 hours per work

Key responsibilities

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing payments
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Support the financial management of the group
- Complete month-end processing and account reconciliations
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and support taxation lodgements
- Maintain the fixed asset register for multiple entities
- Assist the Operations Officer with taxation and compliance matters
- Contribute to the review and improvement of financial processes

About you

- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent, or a degree in accounting (completed or near completion)
- Previous experience in an accounts and administration role
- Demonstrated experience with MYOB (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail




- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a small team
- The highest level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
