Accor is seeking a Culinary Director for Novotel Sydney Darling Square to lead culinary operations across hotel, conferences and Pumphouse Sydney. You will shape menus, drive food concepts, and oversee costs, quality and safety.

You will mentor the F&B; team, implement succession planning and partner with hotel leadership to align culinary strategy with guest experience and business goals.
