Xero is seeking an Affiliates Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day management of its global affiliate channel (Xero and Melio brands). You will manage publisher relationships end to end, shape campaigns for current customers, and optimize them for lifetime value and first-time payers.

This role involves cross-functional work with product, data science, engineering and external agencies to scale acquisition, including AI-powered tools and workflows.
