The Role

As a Duty Manager, you will provide professional, hands‑on leadership to a team of enthusiastic team members to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Club. Working across a rotating roster, key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Club
- Assisting in leading, supervising, onboarding and training team members
- Liaising and communicating effectively with department heads and managers
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service and member engagement
- Maintaining strong operational knowledge across all Club areas




- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring experience, confidence and energy to the role, along with:

- Previous experience in a similar duty management or hospitality leadership role
- Current Police Check, RSA, RSG, Approved Manager Licence and RMLV Certificate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently manage service issues
- Proven leadership capability and the ability to motivate a diverse team
- A proactive, solutions‑focused and hands‑on approach
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
