RDO Equipment seeks a agile leader to run two established branches, Beaudesert and Yatala, guiding 27 staff across Sales, Parts and Service. You will travel between sites to lead with hands‑on visibility, drive performance, and strengthen customer relationships.

You will develop people, mentor future leaders, and take ownership of branch financials including P&L;, budget and growth initiatives to support brand growth in a competitive market.
