The Clinical Program Manager supports the Assistant Director by improving clinical services, providing clinical guidance, and developing staff, while overseeing daily operations in the AD's absence.

The role involves contributing to client allocations, assessments, case reviews, and operational support to clinical teams as a senior clinician
