Southern NSW Local Health District in Eurobodalla Regional Hospital is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 for a permanent full time position starting March 2027. The role leads the ward/unit and provides direction within a multidisciplinary team to achieve person-centred, quality care.

You will coordinate clinical services and resources, drive continuous quality improvement, and support staff development while contributing to SNSWLHD’s goals.
