About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Painter to join our agile team. This role is pivotal in delivering theexceptional quality our clients expect and ensuring every project reflects our high standards. Asa Painter with Limitless Painting, you'll play a crucial part in bringing our clients' visions to lifeand contributing to the beautiful, lasting impressions that define our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding.
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired colours and finishes.
- Apply paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Ensure all painting projects are completed on time and meet our quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools in clean and proper working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve painting issues that may arise during a project.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong skills in surface preparation, paint selection, and application techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for color and aesthetics.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Effective communication skills and a team player.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
