Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Consultant for our Travel Claims team in Sydney or Brisbane. This permanent full time role offers flexible hybrid working, with WFH options and office presence in the CBD.

You will manage and adjudicate travel insurance claims, assess coverage, and facilitate timely resolutions for clients while staying compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Strong policy interpretation and communication are essential.
