My Guardian is seeking a motivated Client Intake Officer for our Queensland office. You will be the primary contact for prospective clients and families, guiding them through intake and decision-making with empathy and professionalism.

In this rapid-paced, relationship-driven role you will engage face-to-face, schedule meetings, discuss Support at Home packages and NDIS services, and collaborate with the BDM and Case Management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing care delivery.
