Staff Needed is seeking a Senior Chef to assist the current team in revamping the menu for the summer season. With a Modern Australian menu in place, we want someone with experience in multiple cuisines to bring fresh ideas and plates for specials and themed nights/weeks.

You must be a trade qualified Chef with 3–5 years experience, own traditional uniform and knives, and have experience in high‑quality à la carte dining across wide-ranging styles.
