St Vincent’s Health Australia seeks a Clinical Manager for our Residential Aged Care operation in Melbourne. You will mentor nursing and care staff, drive person-centred care, and lead clinical governance to meet the Aged Care Act 2024 standards. Based in Kew, you will influence practice and outcomes across the home.

You will bring RN registration, 3+ years’ leadership in aged care, and robust digital skills to foster a compassionate, excellence-driven culture.
