We’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Myalup Venue, a busy and popular stop for locals and travellers heading to and from WA’s South West.

You’ll be coming into an established operation with a loyal customer base and plenty of prospect to build on what’s already working. This is a hands‑on management role with a strong focus on sales, service and overall performance.

We’re looking for someone who understands what makes a successful cafe. You’ll be confident managing a fast‑paced operation, making sound decisions, maintaining high standards and getting the best from your team.

You’ll have the chance to put your experience to good use and make your mark on an already successful location.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Leading the day‑to‑day operation of the store

Coaching and developing your team and setting clear expectations

Driving sales, average sale and overall store performance

Creating a consistently great customer experience

Managing rostering, wages, wastage,



stock and productivity

Maintaining strong standards across presentation, cleanliness and food safety
