Mai-Wel is seeking a Senior Mentor to support parents with children under six, delivering person-centred mentoring, coaching and case management across the Upper Hunter region in a multi-site role. The position involves travel to Muswellbrook, Singleton, Scone and Merriwa and engagement with local communities.

You will build solid partnerships with employers and services, develop action plans, monitor progress and contribute to program compliance and quality assurance.
