Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Melbourne to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, shaping how AI understands and writes software. You'll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter and safer.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract (10–40 hours/week). Work asynchronously on diverse languages and domains, from Python to Go, and help stress-test AI capabilities while maintaining transparent, precise communication.
