Vehicle Registrations Clerk (Automotive Dealership)

The role will be responsible for performing automotive clerical duties including but not limited to: vehicle registrations - new and used, acquisitions, transfers, cancellations and full control of onsite vehicle books and keys. The successful applicant will be a highly competent and experienced Automotive Administration Clerk with a strong working knowledge of registering new and used vehicles.

Key responsibilities

- Vehicle registrations - new and used
- Acquisitions, transfers, and cancellations
- Full control of onsite vehicle books and keys
- Follow strict processes and deadlines
- Adhere to all internal, Queensland Transport and Manufacturer policies and procedures

About you

- Ability to register recent and used vehicles in Queensland (accreditation preferred)
- Solid previous experience working within a dealership environment




- Sound knowledge of automotive administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills essential)
- Immaculate personal presentation and portrays a professional image
- The ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas and knowledge share
- A current Drivers Licence
