SustainRecruit is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to support the Head of IT for 3 days a week at our North Sydney offices. This role is ideal for returning to work or for someone who can commit to a 3-day schedule in a busy MSP workplace.

You will focus on troubleshooting, end-user support and maintaining smooth IT operations. As an IT Helpdesk Analyst/Service Desk Engineer, you’ll provide timely technical support, log incidents, and ensure high service levels while delivering excellent
