Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist a customer to become more independent at home and in the community. The role requires providing personal care, medication support, and skills coaching, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care.

You will work across shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with ongoing training and development opportunities. A valid driver’s license and NDIS screening are required.
