Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Operational Team Lead for the UCR Service, delivering fast, secure, community-based care seven days a week. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate visits, and ensure performance targets are met.

You will develop the service, supervise staff, manage shifts and budgets, and foster collaboration with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
