People Equity is seeking a Store Manager to lead a brand-new large-format retail store opening in Grafton within the Gateway Centre development. With opening day 6–8 weeks away, you will recruit and shape your own team, design the culture, and drive the operation from day one.

You'll join an setting that invests in its people, with onboarding across stores before you take the keys, and a base salary plus bonus and a company car to reflect the leadership role.
