Greenridge Pressis seeking a well-rounded individual to join our Production Team. Greenridge Pressis a privately run,well respected print and direct communication business in Toowoomba and is looking to add to its workforce. We work closely with our clients to provide a complete print, mail distribution and fulfilment service. Other servicesincludedigital communications, promotional and transactional mail as well as SMS and email communication services.

Due to continued growth, we are adding to our factory team in a bindery / print finishing role.

The Bindery Operator / Print Finisher is responsible for the accurate, productive, and high‑quality finishing of printed materials across a range of bindery and finishing equipment. This role ensures all finished products meet required specifications, deadlines, and quality standards, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and production workflow continuity.

If you haven't worked in print production before,



we are able to teach you new skills, however, trade experience is preferred.

To be successful in the position you will have:

- Previous experience in a commercial print finishing or bindery role (2+ years preferred).
- Experience with print finishing equipment. Can include, but not be limited to guillotines, folders, stitchers, laminators, die cutting machines .
- Forklift licence advantageous
- A positive attitude and the willingness to work in multiple production areas.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain a clean working environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to make effective decisions and work to ensure the quality and delivery of jobs
- Assist in store with production, dispatch and daily activities within the company.
