We are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join our high performing, collegial team. In this temporary full-time role, you will help shape the educational journeys of our students, delivering engaging and impactful English lessons that inspire a love of learning.

This is a Temporary full-time role Term 1.

About the role

- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons.
- Develop innovative and engaging teaching resources and assessments to support student learning and achievement.
- Provide individualised feedback and support to students, helping them to develop their critical thinking, communication and analytical skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the English curriculum.
- Maintain accurate student records and comply with all school policies and procedures.

About you

- Relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation.
- Experience teaching English across Stages 4, 5 and 6. Extension experience desirable.
- Strong subject matter expertise, with the ability to interpret data to adapt teaching methodologies to suit different learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- High standard of competency,

- Current NSW Working With Children Check.
