The Co-Group Limited invites applications for a Care Partner to join our provider team in Tea Gardens, NSW. You will support clients across the Myall Coast region with coordinated, person-centred care designed to promote independence, dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

In this role you will collaborate with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care outcomes. The remuneration is negotiable based on qualifications, skills and suitability for the role.
