The Fraternity Club in Fairy Meadow is seeking an experienced Head Functions Chef to lead our functions team and elevate high-quality events. You will supervise cooks, manage rosters, stock and menu planning to meet demand for events ranging from 20 to 500 guests.

Role requires Food Safety Supervisor Qualification, robust leadership, and a focus on HACCP/WHS compliance, with excellent presentation and communication. Weekend and night work are required, with flexibility for the right candidate.
