Cabrini Health in Malvern, Melbourne, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality palliative home care. The role requires autonomous practice within an interdisciplinary team and ongoing symptom management in patients’ homes.

Ideal candidates will have unrestricted AHPRA RN registration, relevant palliative care experience, and a current WWCC and Police Check. Part time 0.8FTE fixed term 12 months with responsibilities spanning assessment, care planning, and family
