Service Stream is seeking a Senior Employee Data Officer in Melbourne to maintain accurate employee data across onboarding, changes, transfers, and terminations. You will mentor junior staff, resolve complex queries, and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure service excellence.

The role is based in Melbourne CBD with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 from home). Robust data governance and experience with HRIS systems are essential.
