Autism Queensland is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to steer the Practice Excellence Team, shape occupational therapy services, and advance qualified practice standards across AQ.

You will lead development, mentor therapists, collaborate with management, and drive recruitment and staff development; travel intrastate as required; provide strategic direction to improve outcomes for students on the autism spectrum.
