PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Guildford

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Guildford. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
