PT Role | Snap Fitness Craigieburn Gladstone Park

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Gladstone Park, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Rent and support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start




- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Your responsibilities
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
