The Role: We are on the lookout for a driven and organised Store-Person with leadership capability to step into a Full-Time Team Leader position at Brisbane Airport . What You’ll Do:✅ Lead the back-of-house stock management operations✅ Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores✅ Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely✅ Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers✅ Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures✅ Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example What We’re Looking For:✅ Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role✅ Great communication and problem-solving abilities✅ Physically fit and able to lift, move and manage stock safely✅ Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)✅ Demonstrated leadership skills or experience mentoring others✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card Perks & Benefits:
