About the Role

Based at Nunawading Hyundai Service Department and reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience for our customers across our range of automotive brands.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly, professional face of our service department, building strong customer relationships and ensuring every vehicle’s service journey runs smoothly from booking through to collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and managing service bookings efficiently and professionally.

- Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process from vehicle drop-off to collection.

- Identifying customer needs and clearly communicating service requirements, recommendations, costs and timelines.

- Liaising with technicians and the service team to ensure work is completed efficiently and customers are kept informed.

- Providing accurate updates and following up with customers throughout the repair process.

- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build long-term relationships.

- Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.





- Going above and beyond to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About You

You’re a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working as part of a supportive team. You take pride in your work, communicate confidently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- A proactive, reliable approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

- The ability to work collaboratively with technicians, service management and other dealership departments.

- Experience with Xtime and ERA Power is advantageous, but not essential.
