We are looking for an experienced Citrix L3 Engineer to provide advanced technical support, operational leadership, and engineering expertise across Citrix, VDI, and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler, and associated infrastructure.
- Lead resolution of Major Incidents, Priority 1, and Priority 2 incidents.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to L1/L2 support teams.
- Drive platform stability, service improvement, and technical governance initiatives.
- Support vulnerability remediation, patching compliance, and security initiatives.
- Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and technical standards.
- Collaborate with project teams on solution delivery and operational readiness.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using PowerShell and other tools.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience supporting Citrix environments in large enterprises.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in an L3 Engineer or Technical Lead role.
- Strong experience with Citrix CVAD, Citrix Cloud/DaaS, NetScaler ADC/Gateway,



Microsoft Azure, FSLogix/EPM, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in major incident management and problem management within an ITIL framework.
- Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

- Citrix CCP-V / CCE-V
- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4
