Description

- Deliver commercial analysis and insights to improve sales, profitability, margins and overall business performance.
- Analyse customer, product, branch and business unit performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis activities.
- Partner with sales, operations, supply chain and leadership teams to support commercial decision-making.
- Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional activity and revenue assurance initiatives to maximise profitability.
- Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Track and report key financial and operational KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements and dashboard development to improve visibility, accountability and business performance.

Profile

- Proven experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A;, Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Analysis within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting,



financial modelling, management reporting and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with operational, sales and leadership teams.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on profitability, pricing, margin improvement and business performance.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn large data sets into actionable business insights.
- Experience working in inventory, retail, wholesale, distribution, FMCG or other operationally complex businesses is highly regarded.
- Strong systems and reporting capability, with exposure to ERP platforms, BI tools and dashboard development.
