West End Discount Drug Store is seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Retail Assistant with Lotto or Golden Casket experience to join our busy, community-focused pharmacy.
With the recent addition of Lotto services, this is a great opportunity for someone with a newsagency or Lotto background who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.
Lotto or Golden Casket experience is essential; pharmacy experience is not required. We’re happy to provide training, including the S2/S3 program, to help you build your pharmacy knowledge and confidently assist customers throughout the store.
Full time available | 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with retail products and enquiries
- Process cash, EFTPOS and Lotto transactions
- Maintain stock levels and merchandising
- Keep the store clean, organised and welcoming
- Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations
About You
- Experience in a newsagency, retail or customer service role
- Lotto experience highly regarded
- Friendly, reliable and confident with customers
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive with a willingness to learn
