The Warrnambool RSL is seeking a hands-on Night Duty Manager to join our Club. We pride ourselves on quality food with exceptional customer service and are looking for an experienced hospitality skilled to join our team full time.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you would preferably have 2 years management experience with a proven knowledge of the day-to-day operations in Food & Beverage and Gaming - both Back of House & Front of House.

The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a strong customer service focus, as we always aim to exceed our customers’ expectations. A large focus of the role is ensuring we get the best from our staff and work on constantly building trusted relationships and mutual respect with teammates and peers. About the role:

Reporting to the Venue Manager you will assist in the daily operations of the club including:





· Hands on management of the venue including day-to-day operations;

· Training, and development of staff whilst maintaining a positive working culture within the venue;

· Assist in the management of labour costs and stock control;

· Ensuring club polices and systems are maintained;

Ideally you will have:

· A career minded outlook with solid leadership skills;

· Previous experience in a management or senior role in hospitality, with the ability to run a team;

· Confidence in working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment whilst providing excellent customer service;

· Strong food and beverage knowledge;

· Be willing to go the extra mile to help drive customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of customer service;

· Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays;

· RSA, Gaming licence and are highly desirable.
