Our client is, in our opinion, the employer of choice for professional General Managers from an Agricultural Supplies company. Reporting to the board, your role primarily will be to run the Administrative side of the business including Human Resources, Financial Reporting, Safety and Strategic Planning from a business growth and market penetration perspective.

preferably but not essential, in the Agricultural Supplies Sector. You will be a progressive thinker, strong with all things financial and focussed on growth. As an FYI, our client runs a Xero for Payroll and a Cobalt financial reporting package. We are looking for someone motivational, down to earth and you will enjoy leading from in front. You will have a strong emphasis on people development and be able to maintain the existing success culture. Most importantly, the continued focus on the exceptional customer service standard our client maintains will be paramount to your success, and paramount to future business growth.
