For Our Beauty Therapist Position

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have a Diploma in Beauty Therapy

- Are warm, qualified and LOVE giving clients a VIP experience

- Are confident performing a range of beauty treatments

- Have a genuine passion for skin, brows and results

- Are a true team player

- Have a positive, can-do attitude

- Enjoy learning, growing and being supported

- Can work independently but also love being part of a tight, lovely team

- Want to build long-term relationships with clients

Bonus brownie points:

- You know O Cosmedics or PRIN Skin

- You’ve worked with Skin Needling, LED, Lash Lifts or Brow Lamination

- You have a passion for advanced skin treatments

- You’re interested in developing your leadership skills

For Our Salon Manager / Leadership Position

Are you an experienced Beauty Therapist who feels ready for more responsibility, more influence and the prospect to lead?

We’re looking for someone who can help support our team and salon while maintaining the high standards LaDiDa is known for.

Depending on your experience, this role may include:

- Supporting and mentoring the team

- Helping create a positive, high-performing team culture

- Supporting daily salon operations

- Maintaining treatment, service and presentation standards

- Leading team meetings and training

- Supporting team KPIs and accountability

- Rosters, systems and salon organisation

- Supporting new team members through onboarding and training

- Helping drive retail, rebooking and client experience

- Identifying opportunities to improve the salon

- Being a positive role model for the team
