The Role
We are currently hiring for both full-time and weekend-only positions.
As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you’ll be the friendly face and skilled professional helping motorists get back on the road. You’ll attend callouts across Sydney, diagnosing and resolving minor mechanical, battery, electrical, and lockout issues on-site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to breakdowns and emergency roadside callouts
- Performing jump-starts, battery replacements, tyre changes, fuel deliveries,
and lockout assistance
- Diagnosing vehicle issues and advising customers on next steps
- Delivering excellent customer service, even in high-pressure situations
- Accurately recording job details and maintaining tools and stock
