We are currently recruiting for the following locations:

- DFO Homebush

- Westpoint Shopping Centre – Blacktown

- Bankstown Central

- Queen Victoria Building (QVB) – Sydney CBD

- Macarthur Square – Campbelltown

About the Position

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Loris Perfume, representing our brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your role will involve proactively engaging with customers, understanding their fragrance preferences, and helping them discover scents that perfectly match their individual style.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively approach and engage customers, welcoming them and introducing our fragrance collections.





- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances based on their needs.

- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate the Loris Perfume brand story.

- Demonstrate fragrances and create enjoyable, memorable shopping experiences.

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness and stock levels at our retail locations.

- Support daily retail operations and work collaboratively with team members.

About You

- Passionate about fragrances, retail sales and customer service.

- Confident, friendly, energetic and approachable.

- Proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexible availability, including weekends.

- Previous retail or sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
