About the role

Plinth2Pitch Sports Performance Physiotherapy is inviting applications from physiotherapists who want to get in on the ground floor of a small, growing clinic. You'll work alongside Jayden McCurdy, Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning coach, day to day, with direct one-on-one mentoring, a real say in how the clinic grows, and the chance to help build something meaningful from the start. Whether your interest is sport, MSK, strength and conditioning, ACL rehabilitation, golf, youth athletes or something else entirely, you'll be supported with the education and mentoring to drive your career in the direction you choose.

Key responsibilities

- Provide physiotherapy services to clients

- Work alongside the clinic owner with direct one-on-one mentoring

- Contribute to how the clinic grows with a real say in decision-making

- Develop expertise in your chosen area of physiotherapy

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (minimum)

- Current registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA

- New graduate or early in your career, wanting genuine, hands-on mentoring

- Passionate about physiotherapy and wanting to make a real difference to people's lives

- Outgoing, energetic and a relationship builder both in the gym space and in community

- Great communication skills, the willingness to lead when the opportunity is provided

- The want to be the best Physiotherapist, but the understanding that Physiotherapy is an art/practice that requires constant refinement

- Self-driven and wanting the freedom to set your own goals and chase them

- Willing to be apart of the process of building P2P Physio

- Thirst for learning in whichever area of physiotherapy excites you most





- Attitude and personality to build strong relationships, both in the workplace and in the community

- Commitment to continually grow and develop

About us

Plinth2Pitch is a Sports Performance Physiotherapy clinic in Toukley, on the NSW Central Coast. We're well equipped, with Elite Level AXIT strength dynamometry, contemporary, professional office and a full gym on site. We're relaxed, yet driven - high standards, yet without the corporate pressure. We're growing, and looking for our first full-time physiotherapist to grow with us. We have a varied caseload, predominately active/intentions of being active clientele. We see Private clients, NDIS, WorkCover, Medicare + DVA clients.

This job won't be available for long, we are looking to fill this role and have a plan in place to start at the beginning of 2027. Don't miss this opportunity to be apart of something bigger.
