Registered & Enrolled Nurses - Theatre, Recovery & Surgical Wards
Casual Agency Shifts, Bathurst & Surrounding Central West NSW
RN Up to $74.81 p.h + Super | EN up to $52.88 p.h + Super - weekday rates
Alor Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join a casual pool supporting a private surgical hospital, with a caseload spanning Orthopaedics, General Surgery and Urology.
Opportunities are available across Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics, Recovery/PACU and Surgical Wards, with hospital induction and orientation provided and dedicated support from the Alor Group team.

Outstanding weekday rates:
Registered Nurses:
- Morning: $52.50 to $66.50 p.h + Super
- Afternoon: $57.75 to $73.15 p.h + Super
- Night: $59.06 to $74.81 p.h + Super
Enrolled Nurses:
- Morning: $45.50 to $47.00 p.h + Super
- Afternoon: $50.05 to $51.70 p.h + Super
- Night: $51.19 to $52.88 p.h + Super
Rates depend on classification, recognised experience and shift worked. Maximum RN rates apply to Level 1, Pay Point 8.
Clinical Opportunities:
We’re interested in nurses with recent experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Ward AM: 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Ward PM: 1:30pm to 9:30pm
- Ward Night: 9:00pm to 7:30am
- Theatre: 7:30am to 6:00pm

About you:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
- Full AU Work Rights (No Sponsorship)
- Confident working within your scope of practice.
- Minimum 6-12 months experience across Theatre & Wards.
- Willingness to complete references, credentialling and hospital orientation.
