About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, well-presented and highly organised Dental Receptionist who enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented setting.
This is primarily a reception role, assisting our main receptionist with daily operations and independently managing the front desk one day per week.
During quieter periods, you will also assist with instrument sterilisation and infection control duties to support our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the main receptionist with daily front desk operations
- Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
- Managing appointments, phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
- Processing payments and coordinating patient schedules
- Independently managing reception one day per week
- Assisting with instrument sterilisation and infection control duties when required
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous dental reception experience is essential
- Experience in dental sterilisation and infection control is highly regarded
- Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional and well-presented
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Strong team player with a willingness to assist where needed
- Australian working rights
- Japanese, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is an advantage, but not essential
