Early Learners Hub is a family-owned childcare group with one Centre in Blackbutt and two Centres in Albion Park, and a new Centre opening soon in Ulladulla. We are growing, and we are looking for two passionate people to join our team: an Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader at Albion Park (maternity leave position) and a Trainee Educator at Blackbutt.

The Roles

Early Childhood Teacher & Educational Leader – Burdekin Drive Albion Park (maternity leave position)

- Plan, deliver and document a high-quality, play-based program in line with the EYLF

- Act as Educational Leader, guiding the Centre’s curriculum and pedagogy

- Mentor and coach Educators in programming, documentation and critical reflection

- Lead reflective practice and support the team to continually improve

- Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan and ongoing quality improvement under the NQS

- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families

- Communicate clearly with families about their child’s learning and development





Trainee Educator – Blackbutt

- Complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while you work

- Learn on the job alongside experienced, supportive Educators

- Help provide protected, engaging and stimulating care for children

- Support daily routines including meals, rest and play

- Build positive relationships with children, families and your team

Who We Are Looking For

All roles

- People who are passionate about children and early learning

- Effective and respectful communicators who enjoy working as part of a team

- Someone with initiative, reliability and a positive attitude

- A current Working With Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)

Early Childhood Teacher & Educational Leader

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)

- Current NESA accreditation (or willingness to obtain it)

- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and NQS

- Experience as an Educational Leader, or the confidence and desire to step into the role

- The ability to coach, mentor and inspire a team

- Current First Aid certification

Trainee Educator

- A real interest in starting a career in early childhood education

- A willingness to learn and commit to completing your Certificate III

- No experience needed, just enthusiasm and a caring nature
