What we offer

Rates that respect your trade

Earn $68–$75 per hour plus super, depending on the scope of work. Selected scopes may attract higher rates. We recognise the value of skilled tradespeople and believe your pay should reflect the work you’re trusted to deliver.

Support to keep improving

Your experience and ideas are valued. We encourage people to share knowledge, develop their capabilities and help improve the way the whole team works.

Opportunities to grow with the business

We deliver for our people and our clients

Our clients rely on us to provide skilled, dependable crews who work safely and deliver quality. Our people can expect the same commitment from us: fair pay, clear communication and support to grow.
