Kids in Motion is a well-established paediatric physiotherapy practice on the beautiful Mid-North Coast of NSW. For over 10 years we have been supporting children and families across the region to move, play and thrive.
Founded by Kay Joseph, Kids in Motion has grown from a single physiotherapist into a thriving multidisciplinary team of 5 physiotherapists, an exercise physiologist and allied health assistants. Together we support children with a wide range of developmental and physical needs.
Our purpose-built clinic is designed specifically for children and provides a fun, play-based environment where clinicians can build strong relationships with families while developing their paediatric expertise.
We are proud to have both a Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist (Australian College of Physiotherapists, 2010) and a Titled Paediatric Physiotherapist within our team – creating a wonderful supportive environment for learning, mentoring and professional growth.
We are now looking for another physiotherapist with a passion for working with children to join our team, from new graduates to individuals with experience in the field.
About the Role
In this role you will work with children of all ages and abilities in a supportive team environment focused on evidence-based therapy. No two days look the same, and every day you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference to children and their families.
Your work may include:
- Assessing and treating infants, children and adolescents
- Supporting children with developmental delay, neurological conditions, motor difficulties and musculoskeletal injuries
- Developing treatment plans
- Supporting families through education, school, preschool and home programs
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Participating in mentoring and professional development

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A registered physiotherapist with AHPRA, or soon to be
- Interested in developing skills in paediatric physiotherapy
- Motivated to grow their clinical reasoning and practical skills
- A team player who enjoys working with children and families
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional development
