For over 10 years, Rudimentary has been part of the specialty coffee scene, earning numerous accolades along the way. We’re passionate about great coffee, high standards, and creating an setting where good people can do great things together.
You’ll be working alongside some of the best in the industry, surrounded by an incredibly kind, hardworking team that genuinely cares about what they do.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of barista experience and a genuine passion for specialty coffee.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Confidence and capability both behind the machine and managing the flow of service.
- Someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and brings positive energy to the team.
