What You’ll Do:
Source and connect with skilled blue-collar candidates in the rail industries live key turn projects throughout the state, have a chance to interact on live rail depot facilitates & workshops
Build robust relationships with clients and candidates, with the opportunity to attend industry events which showcase current & future inventive industry products & projects.
Develop meaningful relationships & build talent pools with rail industry professionals.
Coordinate interviews, placements, and workforce management
Learn from experienced recruiters and grow into a 360° consultant
Achieve targets and earn uncapped commission
What We’re Looking For:
Driven and ambitious individuals eager to succeed
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Previous sales, customer service, or blue-collar industry experience (preferred but not essential)
Resilience and a proactive attitude
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy workplace
