As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in a similar leadership position, and a passion for people and service. You must be able to multitask at a high-level whist developing individual team members and the team as a whole. You will also have a hands-on management style and be versatile with working across a variety of shifts.
As Food and Beverage Outlets Manager you will:
Lead the team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring a consistent and proactive approach
Manage daily service flow across the hotel restaurant, bars and in room dining
Driving revenue through team training initiatives and developing team
Proactively reviewing service standards and training team to meet the standards
Proactively creating unique experiences tailored to the guests
Ordering & stock control
Maintaining Food, Beverage and wage costs in line with budget
Maintaining and improving safety & hygiene standards
Employee recruitment, training and development including - people succession planning for sustainable success
