Key responsibilities
Contact existing customers to take orders
Advise customers of recent products and delivery information
Enter orders into the ordering system
Communicate with customers and colleagues via email, chat
Assist customers with orders and up-sell products
About you
Experience in proactively selling products by phone to existing customers
Excellent telephone manner and verbal skills
Ability to work in a team setting and independently
Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook emailing skills
Positive, commercial and customer-focused mindset
Must live in the Greater Melbourne, Victoria area
